In Venice, Italy, in 2024, a conference gathered to address ocean issues, and to produce the Venice Declaration for Ocean Literacy in Action, meant to provide goals and agenda items for the UN Ocean Conference in Nice, France scheduled for June of 2025. Is the declaration filled with new goals and new items, or is it a new arrangement of old ideas? How might the agenda be revised? Tune in to World Ocean Radio this week to learn more.
