Topic: Excerpts from one of the public hearings that the Land Use Regulatory Commission (LURC) is holding in December as they consider Plum Creek’s application to rezone land currently zoned for forestry and wilderness recreation so that they can create luxury resorts and developments in undeveloped areas.  Recorded at the public hearing in Augusta on Sunday, December 2nd, 2007 (CORRECTION: Not Saturday’s public hearing as announced on the program)
