Topic: The efforts to close the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation. Formerly known as the School of the Americas (aka the School of the Assassins), the Ft. Benning, GA based, US funded program is known for its many graduates who have gone on to commit acts of terrorism, especially in Latin America. Carolyn Coe attended the annual protest rally earlier this month and brings us this report.
